Final inspections are done in-house. Our Quality Control team is comprised of 30+ workers and 7 lines who do nothing but conduct final inspection for all of our products before shipping.
We can make shopping bags in custom sizes, quality, material, printing/finishing. We can easily accommodate all customer requests outside of product specifications, including but not limited to: lab testing, factory audits, and inspections.
We will never commit to delivering an order on an unreasonable timetable just to close a sale. Our customer support team will give you the delivery schedule before any purchasing agreement is made.

Sapphire has our own inline production QC team + final inspection team who will check 100% of the products before packing.
Yes. You can get a sample with your own design for $350 and this fee is refunded with orders of at least 50,000pcs. Alternatively, you can receive a free sample printed with a logo of our choice.

Sure. If you just want to check the quality as sewing, printing, material..etc, we can use our stock material with our design to make the samples and send it to you for free.
You need to pay the sample cost $350 if you want to print your own design on the sample. This cost will be returned with the order at least 50,000pcs
We do custom packaging and ship with your requirements. We commit to delivery on agreed ETD. We always tell at the beginning if we cannot match the customer ETD. We don’t promise unreal ETD to get the order.
